Don't run out of gas, as this can be a safety hazard. If you are a will call customer, call us when the tank is between 30-40%. If your propane tank runs out, any pilot lights will also go out. A leak check is required to check your system before the gas can be turned back on.

What are the benefits of renting over owning the tank?If it is a customer owned tank, the customer is 100% responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the tank. If there is a problem with the tank, it is covered under our rental policy. This can include: replacing or repairing the tank, digging it up if it is underground, any leaks that occur in our system, etc.Can you fill someone else's propane tank that is already at my home?No, we cannot fill or service any tank that belongs to another company. If it is a customer owned tank, we can fill the tank but need to do a gas check before we do that.No one is at my house, so how am I receiving bills for gas? No one has been using it.If the pilot light is still lit, even if the appliance isn't being used, it is continuously burning a small amount of gas.What is a route? What if I need gas on a day that is not my route day?Each day, the delivery drivers drive a certain route and check the tanks that are on their route for that day. If a customer needs gas, it is delivered; if not, it is marked down as OK. Many of our customers are on a keep fill basis and do not need to worry about how much gas is in their tank; however, some customers are on a will call basis. If you are on a will-call basis and call in for gas, you will receive gas on the next route day. The routes are run every two weeks. There is a charge for receiving gas on any day that is not your route day. So, it is in the best interest of our will-call customers to know how much gas they have and call before the gauge gets below 30% to ensure that you will not run out of gas before your next route day. Leaving your pool or spa heater on a lot, especially overnight, will run the gas in your tank down very quickly.Do you deliver to RV homes?While we don't deliver directly to RV homes, we do provide a dock where RV users can get their propane tank filled.
